We arrive with our own equipment and work around your household rather than through it. The kitchen has to be usable the next morning, and that is a standard we hold rather than a courtesy.
Hillside lots and access
Long private drives, steep approaches and narrow turnarounds are the norm on the mountain. We walk it first so equipment and vehicles are decided before the day, not on it.
Staff your guests never notice
Front of house is briefed on the guest list by name. The brigade stages somewhere invisible. The measure of the evening is that nobody thinks about the catering at all.
