Nearly everything in Paradise Valley happens at a residence. That sets a different standard: your kitchen has to be usable by morning, your household team has to be briefed rather than displaced, and nobody at the table should be able to tell how much work the evening took.
We sign confidentiality agreements on request, arrive with our own equipment, and keep the brigade entirely out of sight of the table. If your event needs to not appear anywhere, that is a requirement we understand rather than one you have to explain.

Food is prepared in our commercial kitchen, then finished, plated and served at your venue by our team. For outdoor properties without a kitchen we bring a full mobile cook line, quiet generators and event lighting.
Do you offer tastings?
Tastings can be arranged on request. They are quoted separately rather than included in the event, so you only pay for one if you want one.
